If, in the rare event, something isn't right, we're here to help. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, following the terms outlined below:


Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

1. For Non-Custom Products

  • Refunds or replacements for non-custom products are available only if the items are damaged in transit, defective, lost during shipping, or substantially different from the original order.
  • While Covers & All will make the final decision on whether to provide a replacement or refund, we are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory resolution.

2. For Custom Products

  • Custom products are made to order specifically for you and are eligible for replacements only. No refunds will be issued. These items can be replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping, or with an error in printing/customisation (e.g., incorrect spelling, design, or size).
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept replacements for minor variations in color, texture, or size that may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of some items. Additionally, any personalisation mistakes made by the customer (e.g., typos or incorrect details) are not eligible for replacement. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before submitting your order.

3. For Close-Out Products

  • Close-out products are eligible for replacements only and no refunds will be issued. These items can be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping or if there is an error in customisation.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement?

  1. Notify Us within the Return Window (30 Days): If you have an issue with any custom, non-custom, or closeout product, please raise a ticket under "My Account" and include image proof along with a description of the issue.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your case within 12 hours and provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution, as applicable.
  3. Condition for Returns: Kindly ensure the product is in its original, unused condition when returned.

Please note that the final decision regarding a replacement, refund, or other resolution will be made by Covers & All. However, we are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for our customers.
